Quarantine Challenge | Self Care Tip

March madness is a bit of an understatement due to the Corona Virus. There's so much uncertainty in the world at the moment and a lot of us may be tigger by stress, fear, and anxiety.

To ease some of those negative emotions I suggest that you take a moment to meditate. Sit quietly and focus on your natural breathing or on a word or "mantra" that you can repeat silently with your eyes close, whichever one is right for you. Do this for about 5-10 mins or as long as you want. Inhale with your nose (bring in positive vibes) and exhale with your mouth (release the neagtive energy).

This allows the mind to calm down and refocus on the present moment. How are you holding up? What are you doing to stay calm during these hectic times? Healthy wishes to you and your families.
