Self Love Challenge | Day 2

I'm someone that enjoys cooking a yummy, yum a yummy, yummy meal on Sundays. Idc if it's a brunch, dinner, or dessert yo girl is a foodie! Eating out regularly can run up a check so I like to treat myself to new restaurants at least 1-2x a month.


I usually grocery shop on Sunday mornings and then meal prep later that evening. I make a meal for lunch to take to work and one to eat for dinner. Trust me, this concept really does save so much time and money. It will also help you with you body goals! This is the perfect time to dabble in new recipes. For instance, last Sunday I made stuffed green peppers for the first time. Omg they were soo delicious it was such an easy recipe I don't know why I didn't try it sooner!!


It's Super Bowl so treat yourself to some good food, but eat in moderation. Do some meal planning this month. You will be surprised by how much better you feel overall, especially if work out too.
