Unfortunately many people would rather stick to their daily routine than to try something. FEAR (yes, I dropped the 'F' bomb) has a lot to do with it. They resist and often fear it while others embrace it.
I get bored pretty easily so I need to switch things up from time to time. I prefer to try to new NEW things because it adds more excitement to my life. Also, it requires me to have courage and forces me to grow! For an example, this Wednesday night I'm attending a free workshop that is going to help me "get unstuck" for new beginnings. The purpose is to silence the inner critic so that I can fearlessly go after my dreams.
So today I challenge you to try something new. It could be anything. A new route home, food, a course, whatever you want. "Trying something new opens up the possibility for you to enjoy something new."
