I've always been a natural, early morning riser (except college lol). I rarely use an alarm clock, so I allow my body and mind to naturally wake up (usually between 4:00 - 7am). There's just something special about waking up before the rest of the world. Watching the moon go down, the sun come up, and listening to the birdies chirp while sipping a hot cup of whatever drink my body preferred that morning.
This "NEW" normal has forced many of us to step up our morning rituals. We've been able to make our health a priority and take things slowly without feeling rushed to get out the door. Taking up precious time, guilt free.
Everyone's ideal morning routine is different, so please find the best one that is crafted specifically for YOU. It'll be easier to stay consistent if you find small habits that you enjoy. I believe a strong healthy routine is the key to transforming any area of your life. Preforming differet habits each day has the ability to increase happiess, reduce procrastination, boost confidence, and improve overall performance.
Do you already have a morning routine? Does it include a bit of self care? Let us know in the comments.
